Iran animation to be screened at the Athens Animfest in Greece

Iran animation 'Blows With The Wind' is set to be screened at the 13th edition of  Athene Animfest in Greece.

'Blows With The Wind' is to represent Iran at the Greek animation festival.

The short animation narrates the story of a scarecrow that faces some unpleasant events. The scarecrow becomes human and breaks away from those situations. On the way he sees two other scarecrows whose conditions are not better than that of him. Thus he is on the horns of a dilemma and must make a hard decision.

Directed by Hazhir As'adi, the short animation has so far attended several international film festivals.

The 13th edition of the Athens Animfest is slated for March 15-18, 2018 in Greece.
